- Select travel date, car type, and number of people
- Fill in flight details, contact information and hotel details
- Confirm information and submit to book 

[To confirm]:
- Check your email notification within 3 working days to receive the confirmation voucher.

- Print out or download the voucher to your phone to present to the airport pick-up person to check your name;

[Charge includes]:
- Driver's fee,
- vehicle rental fee,
- fuel, tollway and parking 

[Area coverage]:
- One-way pick-up service non-stop from Bangkok Airport to hotels in Bangkok city center;
- For remote area or locations outside Bangkok city center, customer service will contact you to make up the price difference;

[Service language]:
- The driver speaks Thai and  simple English;
- Customer Service speak Chinese, Hong Kong Cantonese, English and Thai, online support via WhatsApp will be provided during your ride journey;

[Service time]:
- 24 hours a day, pick-up and drop-off available;

[Pick-up instructions]:
- The driver will wait for as long as 90 minutes starting from the landing.
- In case of waiting for more than 90 minutes, an overtime charge of THB200/hour will apply (less than one hour will be charged as one hour). Pay the driver on the spot;

[Baby seat]:
- For children under 110cm tall or 0-4 years old;
- A baby seat can be added to any type of car and the charge is for one-way single arrangement. Pre-booking is required. If you need it, please remark when placing the order or contact customer service;

[Other instructions]:
- Contact our customer service if you require a change of destination before the car departs, additional fee may apply.

- Vehicle images shown in the website are for reference only. Please refer to the actual situation for the arrangement.
- Ah K Thai Car Service reserves the right to arrange and book vehicles of the same or higher class than the booked vehicle;

[Reminder]:
- Smoking and durian are not allowed when using the car service. 

- Any illegal items including but not limited to gun and drug are strictly prohibited when using our car service

- The car fleet will refuse the boarding without refund,

- To protect personal and property safety, a purchase of an international medical and accident insurance before traveling is highly recommended.
